The actor and his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart took to the Oscars podium (video after the jump) to present a tribute to horror films.

Lautner, 17, recently insisted only “10 per-cent” of what’s written about him is true.

“You can pretty much believe 10 per cent of everything you read online,” he said earlier this year.
