There was no masking the delight of the celebrities at the premiere of Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sequel to Phantom of the Opera.
Love Never Dies opened at London’s Adelphi Theatre last night and guests included Michael Caine and his wife Shakira, Chris Evans and wife Natasha Shishmanian, Cilla Black and Graham Norton.
Actor Richard E Grant, 52, had high expectations, saying: “Godfather II was better than Godfather I. Hopefully this will be the same.”
Former X Factor star Rhydian Roberts, 27, added: “I think it’s going to be awesome.”
